The 2009 Customer Service Day and Bostitch SWAT event was a rousing success.
Vendors came and worked with contractors and customers alike, while the NBLC staff fired up the grill.

As always, this was a great event! It was well planned, well executed, and well attended. Don and Marty, and all the staff, do a great job of making their clients feel more like family than customers. The cheerleaders were friendly … and they really engaged in the days activities. Oh, and by the way, if Don ever needs a 2nd job, he could do well as a short-order cook!
